Prague, May 3, 2010 – MEDIATEL recently received the 2009 Publisher Marketing Innovation Silver Award from Yellow Pages Association (YPA) for the service mStránky, which allows users to create and operate a fully functional mobile website. Yellow Pages publishers, marketers and suppliers were recognized for outstanding achievements in the directory advertising business at this year’s conference in Las Vegas, where attention focused primarily on the use of new technologies and social media.

Acentos de Praga, a printed guide and web portal for everything Spanish and Latin in Prague

 

Prague, Czech Republic – April 7th, 2010. Acentos de Praga is a web portal and printed guide, targeted to the entire Spanish-speaking population in Czech Republic as well as all Czechs who have an interest in the Latin or Spanish culture.

 

Acentos de Praga has three main objectives:

· Promoting culture: By announcing events and initiatives from companies, organizations and individuals.

· Stimulating trade: Exposing and bringing together companies who deal in Spanish or offer products from Latin America or Spain.

· Improving lives: Offering a full range of services in Spanish to the entire Spanish-speaking community.

We count with the support of the Embassies of Argentina, Chile, Cuba, Spain, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela, as well as the consulates of Guatemala, Panama and Dominican Republic. We also have the support of Instituto Cervantes and Radio Praga, as well as many other institutions and business organizations who have shown their commitment to this project.

The web portal will be launched on April 14th and 5,000 copies of the guide will be published and distributed to over 70 locations on May 31st.
